What are the payment methods accepted by ESF Serre Chevalier Villeneuve?
Our online reservation accepts all major credit/debit cards. For payments by transfer, cheque, holiday vouchers or sports coupons please contact us by mail.
Is the lift pass sold in the "lesson + ski pass" package valid outside the lessons and throughout the valley?
Yes, it is a classic 6-day pass, all day and over 6 consecutive days, valid throughout the Serre Chevalier valley.
If your website tells me that the courses/lessons are full, what can I do?
It is likely that our software is blocking sales and you cannot purchase your course online over the internet. For confirmation of availability or an alternative, please contact esf (e-mail or phone) and we will give you a definitive answer.
The age of the student does not match the lessons chosen?
We calculate the number of months between the date of birth and the date of the lessons to check if the course corresponds to the age of your child. The age taken into account is that of the child on the 1st day of the course and not the day of your order; this is why this message may seem inconsistent, but there is no error. Do not hesitate to choose another lesson for your child that corresponds to their age at the start of your ski holiday.
What if there is no course available?
Try entering Saturday as the start date of your stay to check that there are no other possibilities. For any age, level or duration problems please contact us via email or phone.
