Would you like to pay for your lessons with cheques, holiday vouchers or sports coupons?
- Simply send them to us by post, together with full payment, to esf Serre Chevalier Villeneuve.
- Your booking must be received no later than 15 days before the start of the course.
- Once your payment has been received and registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- In the event of cancellation, refunds are subject to certain conditions. For added peace of mind, we recommend that you take out our insurance.
Choose my ski pass
Take advantage of a reduced rate on your ski pass!
When you book a 6-day group lesson, get a preferential rate on your ski pass. Offer valid for children aged 6 to 12 (up to 2nd star or Snow 1 level) and adults aged 12 to 65 (up to beginner to intermediate level).
A few tips:
- You can buy your ski pass at the lift ticket offices.
- The"Lessons + Ski Pass" package is only available on Flocon up to 2ème Étoile.
- Beyond the 2ème Étoile or for 5-day courses, the ski pass is not included in the price of the course, and must be purchased directly from the ski lifts.
- Beyond Snow 1 or for 5-day lessons, the ski pass is not included in the price of the lesson and must be purchased directly from the ski lifts.
Advice for parents
To make sure your children get the most out of their lessons, please remember to :
- Equip them correctly: anorak, mittens, goggles, sun cream, handkerchiefs, etc.
- Mark their clothes and skis.
- Avoid following the lessons or questioning your child during lessons.
- Let us know if your child has any health problems.
- It is strongly recommended that children wear helmets on the slopes.
- Leave it to the instructors to decide whether to change classes.
- Your child is on holiday and the aim is for them to enjoy themselves and want to come back. So respect their pace and don't try to turn them into champions before their time!
Don't forget
To ensure that esf runs smoothly, we would ask you to comply with the following rules:
- Have your card or ticket with you when you arrive for a lesson or private lessons.
- Present your card or ticket to the instructor at the beginning of each lesson.
- Turn up on time at the various meeting points (group or private, any minutes late are included in the lesson).
- Have a ski pass for the lessons.
- Be properly equipped and covered.
Please also note the following information:
- Any fraudulent use of a card will result in its immediate withdrawal.
- No duplicates will be issued if the card is lost.
- esf declines all responsibility for accidents to property or personal injury which may occur to students.
- Weather conditions, ski lift breakdowns or other accidents cannot be attributed to the instructors.
- No refunds will be made in the event of lessons being cancelled through no fault of our own.

CANCELLATION GUARANTEE INSURANCE FOR ONLINE SALES
The primary objective of this insurance, taken out with Mondial Assistance International, number 303 737, through SIACI SAINT HONORE, 18 rue de Courcelles, Paris (75008), is to protect you against private and/or professional risks prior to your stay and to guarantee reimbursement of your ski lessons and ancillary services.
1. Definition of insurance
The persons enrolled in the ski course through the policyholder, hereinafter referred to as "you", are considered to be insured. These persons must be domiciled in the European Union. Domicile is taken to mean the principal and usual residence of the insured persons (tax and legal domicile).
2. Scope of the guarantee cancellation
The CANCELLATION GUARANTEE takes effect on the day you register for the ski course and expires at the start of the ski course.
3. Events covered in the event of cancellation
We intervene for the reasons listed below:
3.1 Temporary or permanent incapacity of :

- yourself, your legal or de facto spouse, your ascendants or descendants, or those of your spouse,
- your brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, fathers-in-law, mothers-in-law, legal guardian and the person under your guardianship. Directly as a result of :
- an illness or accident,
- complications of pregnancy up to the 28th week, It is up to you to prove all the elements constituting temporary incapacity or permanent incapacity.
3.2 The death of :
- yourself, your legal or de facto spouse, your ascendants or descendants, as well as those of your spouse, your brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, fathers-in-law, mothers-in-law, legal guardian, as well as the person placed under your guardianship,
3.3 Any other random event constituting an immediate, real and serious obstacle preventing your departure and/or the exercise of the activities planned during your stay. By random event, we mean any sudden, unforeseeable circumstance beyond the control of the insured party that justifies the cancellation of the ski course. The random event must have a direct causal link with the impossibility of leaving. You must establish the reality of the situation entitling you to benefits.
3.4 The cancellation, for one of the events mentioned above (articles 3.1 to 3.3), of one or more persons registered at the same time as you and insured under this contract if, as a result of this withdrawal, you have to travel alone or in pairs. However, if you are part of the same tax household, all insured persons in the tax household are covered.
4. Excess and ceiling
No excess except €20 per insured person following an "other random event". (3.3 above). In all cases, compensation is limited to €1,500 per person and €7,700 per event, regardless of the number of people insured.
5. Reimbursement of ski lessons and ski passes
If, as a result of an insured event, you have to cancel your ski lessons, they will be reimbursed in full, subject to what is stated in the "Excess" paragraph, if the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the start of the lessons. Cancellations made 15 days or more before the start of the ski lessons will not give rise to any compensation, except in the event of the death of yourself and/or your legal or de facto spouse, your ascendants or your descendants. Within a maximum of 10 days after the end of the holiday, you must inform us of this cancellation and the reasons for it by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
6. Exclusions
- Civil or foreign war, riots, civil commotion, strikes, hostage-taking or the use of weapons,
- Your voluntary participation in bets, crimes or brawls, except in cases of legitimate self-defence,
- Any effect of nuclear origin or caused by any source of ionising radiation,
- Your intentional acts and wilful misconduct, including suicide and attempted suicide,
- Your consumption of alcohol, drugs or any narcotic substance mentioned in the French Public Health Code, unless prescribed by a doctor,
- Events for which the organiser of your trip could be held responsible in application of titles VI and VII of law No. 92-645 of 13 July 1992 setting the conditions for the organisation and sale of holidays, or the carrier, in particular due to air safety and/or overbooking,
- Your refusal to board the flight initially scheduled by the authorised organisation,
- Any circumstance that is merely detrimental to the enjoyment of your trip,
- Illnesses or accidents that are first diagnosed, treated, relapsed, aggravated or hospitalised between the date of booking and the date of subscription.
- Pathologies that have not stabilised and have been diagnosed or treated in the 30 days prior to booking the trip,
- Pregnancy and/or its complications, beyond the 28th week and, in all cases, voluntary interruption of pregnancy, childbirth and in vitro fertilisation,
- Default of any kind, including financial default, on the part of the organiser of your trip or the carrier, making it impossible to fulfil its contractual obligations,
- The lack or excess of snow cover, except when it occurs in the resort for which you have booked, between 15 December and 15 April, and results in the closure of more than 2/3 of the ski lifts normally in service on the site of your holiday, for at least two consecutive days, in the 5 days prior to your departure, - Epidemics and pandemics, the local health situation, pollution, meteorological or climatic events,
- natural disasters covered by the procedure set out in law no. 82-600 of 13 July 1982, - criminal proceedings against you.
- Any event occurring between the date you book your ski lessons and the date you take out this insurance.
