- Torchlight descent - A magical tradition
On 24 and 31 December, come and experience a magical moment in Serre Chevalier Villeneuve. As night falls, our instructors light up the mountain for an unforgettable torchlight descent. A warm and enchanting show to share with friends or family to celebrate the festive season on the slopes!
- Ski show - The big show put on by the instructors
On Thursdays 15, 22, 29 February and 5 March, the Mickey's slope becomes the stage for a breathtaking show! To open the show, the children, lanterns in hand, proudly guide their instructors on an emotional torchlight descent. Then it's time for the big show, withover 200 esfinstructors from Serre Chevalier Villeneuve performing synchronised tricks, technical demonstrations and light shows in a magical atmosphere - an unforgettable evening for all the family!
Registration & results
Flèche and Chamois
At Serre Chevalier Villeneuve, two esf tests counting towards the SkiOpen National Ranking are organised throughout the season by our instructors:
- Epreuve de la Flèche: Giant Slalom lasting around 40 seconds with a course of between 25 and 35 gates and a vertical drop of between 200 and 250m.
- Chamois event : Special Slalom lasting approximately 30 seconds, with a course of between 30 and 40 gates and a difference in altitude of between 120 and 200m.
Performance is calculated on the basis of the percentage authorised in addition to the basic time achieved by an esf instructor opener.
Registration
- The events take place at the Aravet stadium (access by the Aravet cable car, or by the Casse du Boeuf chairlift and the Marteau piste).
- Registration up to the day before at one of our sales outlets.
- Price: €10 per participant (except 2-pass races)
- Included for those registered for the "Competition" course
- We strongly advise you to wear a helmet
